Labor rights and duties

Most of our services will be outsourced, so we will only have to comply with the labor rights of logistics, HR, finance, general manager,  marketing and sales. These being:  

  • Vacation right;

  • Transportation vouchers;

  • registration in the work card;

  • weekly paid rest;

  • minimum wage;

  • FGTS (Guarantee Fund for Time of Service);

  • 13th salary;

  • overtime;

  • nightly surcharge;

  • maternity leave;

  • paternity leave;

  • proportional advance notice;

  •   recognition of collective labor conventions and agreements.

So, in general, these laws will have functionality in these sectors and will influence the company in the view that we will be offering our employees the benefits suggested by law, which makes it bear in mind their importance in the company. Thus generating a more efficient work, even if some benefits add cost.
