WHAT IS A BUSINESS PLAN?
A Business Plan is the complete planning and preparation that is necessary for a company to operate in the market. He understands how to organize all sectors of the business, with the main purpose of helping you in future decision-making, presenting the company's objectives and purposes. The Digital Business Plan that will be developed on this site is all the initial planning for the Ghost Kitchen, carried out through the Vitrine Project, by Escola do Sebrae in Belo Horizonte.
Projeto Vitrine
The "Projeto Vitrine" is a program for students from Escola do Sebrae (EFG) and its licensees. It is developed by third-year high school students. Following the guidance of specialized professors, students idealize a business idea and prototype and plan it. As the final stage of the project, the members of each group are responsible for preparing their company's Business Plan.
