The Fantasma Kitchen currently has several competitors, and to survive in this market segment it is necessary to stand out, trying to differentiate, offering discounts and promotions, as well as other actions to draw the customer's attention

People who own restaurants and are looking for an optimized space that concentrate their activity on the operation, focusing on online services and delivery.
The restaurant does not offer a face-to-face experience and is geared towards  just for delivery.

Customers and target audience

Expanding our target audience is a possible solution to many of our problems, especially those caused by the financial crisis in Brazil. An example of these is: Although we offer lower delivery prices than regular delivery apps, the crisis still affects us, as these other apps are already more recognized in the market.  So, in this case and in some others, the solution to our problem would be to increase our target audience. This would help give recognition to our business and bring us more money. This solution would be used  just a little later, when we already had an initial return from the business, but we would "add" to our target audience other companies that need a delivery service. These would not necessarily have to have their "production center" in our establishment and, thus, we would open a delivery-only service. Stores and other establishments would pay for our delivery service. Our main objective, in these cases, is to offer this service to companies that do not have a store in the city where we are located, so they would have to have a space to store their stock, which we would offer.
