PRICE
The price of our product has a good cost-benefit ratio, always aiming at the quality of our service and providing a practical experience to our customers. There are already references such as competitors (Orion, Kitchen central). The customer is not price sensitive because within it are included several benefits such as logistics services in addition to others in this way being very affordable. We will be compared to our differential, the inclusion of benefits at low cost. The price itself is a very important aspect, as it will always be a point of comparison between the competition. So we will always have to create this differentiation.
PRODUCT
Ghost kitchen. Our product is based on kitchens for temporary rent, kitchens assembled and ready for commercial use. With all the necessary infrastructure for a restaurant with delivery delivery.
This type of establishment has become attractive to entrepreneurs because it requires a much smaller investment than opening a traditional restaurant. You just need the kitchen, the labor and a good product to start the business.
SQUARE
The customer searches for our service on internet pages, such as rental pages and within our website we will have a landing page, so when the customer searches for topics related to delivery and ways to serve this audience, we will have the answers on our page and influence the customer to look for us. In addition, our customer will look for our service on our websites, Google, Facebook and Instagram.
Our distribution channel is direct, we are entirely responsible for delivering our customer service. Thus, we have total control over our service, being able to better select our client and without having to pay commission to intermediaries.
Our main sales effort will be through visits to our company. We will invite potential customers of ours to visit our establishment and so that we can introduce you to them. We will contact them through representatives of our company and our social networks. Another part of our sales effort will be made through our social networks, mainly to create a communication channel with our future customers.
About our competitors, in addition to being on the same social networks as us, two of them are located in the same region as us. One is Orion and the other is Kitchen Central. Orion has only one physical establishment and is not a very strong competitor as it has just entered the market. Kitchen Central, on the other hand, is a strong company, which has establishments around Brazil in some cities.
PROMOTION
We will advertise our services on our social networks, Instagram, Facebook, and ad platforms such as google ads, faceads, and as the company grows we will explore other channels. We will also advertise our own website.
We will use, in particular, moments such as important dates (eg holidays), financial crises that make people look for new opportunities and moments when matters related to our business are much discussed to promote the same.
The market standard for our business is restaurants or other food “brands” that already work only with delivery or that wish to have a production space focused only on delivery.
