The focus of the business is Delivery, facilitating logistics for the restaurant, which should only be concerned with the production process of the meal, we can consider ourselves the “waiter” of delivery.

Our proposal for  value comes down to cost savings. For this, we thought of providing our own courier service, so that the delivery fees charged are avoided, as they are very high costs. Also, regarding the expenses of the place, each restaurant must provide a small percentage of its profit. This way, expenses will not be excessive, helping to keep our customers happy. All being very well informed and negotiated. In addition, we will provide standard equipment for all kitchens, thus contributing to the infrastructure of the place and making it easier for our customers.

Channels

The ghost kitchen wants to stay close to the customer and, therefore, we will work with communication channels that are effective in the relationship with the public, such as social networks and the internet, mainly to promote our business.
The delivery application is essential for the business to happen, as that is where customers will place their orders. The delivery service of motoboys is also essential, as they have direct contact with the customer at the time of delivery.

We will perform attractive combos. Whenever possible, we will make promotions to delight customers and make them always “curious” about what we will offer. Promotions on delivery, food... and maybe even a partnership to publicize the business if possible (depending on the influence that the person has in the media, we will close a partnership so that our business is known on social networks)
